Babylon Touch app good for
The new Babylon Touch App, is quite unique in that it is able to scan a word and translate that word for you into any language right there on the spot! The only downfall, or rather, what Babylon now needs to master is being able to capture and translate entire sentences or even paragraphs at once. This would be the next challenge and key step for the companies new App in my point of view. In the meantime however, Ive never seen anything like it. Friendly to use, and very quick. Very useful for quick translations of words on the go whilst traveling abroad!
Would you add an option (choose from gallery)
It will help us to take a photo from other apps like (safari) and translate the words by Babylon

Some bad moments
This app lets you translate some text that it is in front of you, a book, menu or a billboard. It takes a photo of the text and then lets you choose one word for translation. This job the app does well.
Only it isnt practical at all, because it takes a lot of time to translate one word only. You get the same result 10x faster typing online. Dont bother downloading.
When music is playing- opening the app stops the music... Otherwise amazing!
Really I am not happy with this app, the camera is not working well & most of the time shows black screen and can not recognize the captured word.

A cool app, needs some minor improvements, but works great. Already waiting for the next version! Well done, Babylon!
I live in South Korea. Other Babylon products are pretty good, but this thing is rubbish when it comes to recognizing Korean words. If it was an actual, physical thing, Id get more use out of this app as a paperweight.
I tried it to translate from English to Arabic..for me it works great and Im happy with the results...smart idea..keep going Babylon Team
